Rule, verbatim

Members may request withdrawal of deposited Vacation Time from the Program... only if: A. (i) any Vacation Time... has not been assigned by RCI; and (ii) the Member has not received a Confirmed Exchange as a result of the Deposit. B. Once withdrawn, Vacation Time may not be redeposited unless RCI chooses, in its sole discretion, to accept such redeposit.
