• ShareHacker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Wyndham Destinations, Travel + Leisure Co., Hilton Grand Vacations, Marriott Vacations Worldwide, or any timeshare developer or exchange company.
• We provide recommendations only. We do not make bookings, access your accounts, or execute transactions on your behalf.
• While we strive for accuracy, points values, season dates, and program rules may change. Always verify recommendations against your club's current published materials before acting.
• Our service does not constitute financial, legal, or travel advice.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the ownership information you provide.
• You are responsible for verifying any recommendations before acting on them.
• You must comply with your timeshare club's rules and terms when executing any bookings.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

ShareHacker offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed annually ($99/year) or monthly ($12.99/month). You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

The ShareHacker brand, software, algorithms, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. Timeshare program data referenced in our service belongs to the respective timeshare companies and is used for informational purposes under fair use / consumer advocacy principles.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShareHacker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from the use of our recommendations. Your use of any information provided by ShareHacker is at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
