If an Exchange Fee paid as part of an on-going Exchange Request is subsequently refunded... and the Member does not cancel the original on-going Exchange Request... and RCI is subsequently able to fulfill that original on-going Exchange Request the Member will be required to pay the then current Exchange Fee in order to confirm the vacation.
