If a Member's membership is suspended or terminated, the Member may not utilize the Program Benefits. Suspension or termination of membership may preclude without limitation the Member from obtaining Confirmed Exchanges and RCI may cancel any Confirmed Exchange and terminate any pending Exchange Requests, all without any refund of fees or Deposits or any portion thereof to the Member.
