RCI shall have the right to take such actions... to ensure the continuing integrity and/or profitability of the Program. Such actions may include, but not be limited to, restricting the number of weeks a Member may deposit; adding, deleting or restricting access to Program Benefits; adjusting Deposit Trading Power and Exchange Trading Power... or restricting the number of Guest Certificates a Member may obtain.
