The Member must be current in Vacation Ownership Expenses. If there is a maintenance fee block on a Vacation Owner’s RCI account, RCI will deem the Vacation Owner to have failed to meet this condition, until such time as the Home Resort, Home Group or Unaffiliated Resort provides RCI with confirmation that all obligations of the Vacation Owner have been fulfilled.
