If any legal action is initiated by a Member or guest or by RCI pertaining, directly or indirectly, to RCI, the Program, or the Program Documents... and RCI prevails, Member and guest agree that they shall, without limitation, pay all costs incurred by RCI in defending or pursuing such action, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, and costs.
