Exchange Requests and Confirmed Exchanges, in addition to all other Program Benefits, may be suspended, cancelled, or terminated by RCI, in its sole discretion, if the Resort, Inventory provider, Ancillary Travel Products Provider or Alternative Inventory provider cease participation in the Program for reasons which include but are not limited to the following: non-compliance with laws, destroyed/condemned property, foreclosure/bankruptcy, or termination of Affiliation Agreement.
