If RCI cancels such Confirmed Exchange for reasons within RCI’s reasonable control, then RCI will make commercially reasonable efforts to locate an equivalent alternative accommodation... If after using such commercially reasonable efforts a Member cannot be relocated, RCI may reimburse the Member for any Transaction fees or Deposit Trading Power used to make the Confirmed Exchange. RCI shall have no additional liability whatsoever
