Each deposit of Vacation Time made more than 10 months in advance of the start date of such vacation... shall be available exclusively for exchange by Members and eligible members of the RCI Points exchange program for a period of 31 days from the date of deposit including the initial day of deposit and shall not be available for any other purpose during such 31 day period, including, without limitation, rental.
