If the Vacation Time is owned by a proposed Member that is a corporation, partnership, trust or other entity, the Enrollment Application must be completed on behalf of the owner in the name of an individual officer, partner or trustee of the entity, and RCI shall be entitled to treat that named individual as the Member for all purposes.
