RCI will also, upon request, refund to the Member any unused Exchange Fees relating to unsuccessful or cancelled Exchange Requests that have not been applied to a future Exchange Request or against the Member’s Subscription Fee, provided the Member is in compliance with the Program Documents at the time the request for refund is made by the Member.
