RCI will calculate the prorated refund by multiplying i) one-twelfth (1/12) the cost of a single year membership at the time of cancellation, even if a multi-year membership was purchased, times ii) the number of months of the membership period that have passed, and iii) then deducting that amount from the actual amount the Member paid for that membership or renewal period.
