After a Confirmed Exchange is issued, if RCI cancels such Confirmed Exchange for reasons within RCI's reasonable control, then RCI will make commercially reasonable efforts to locate an equivalent alternative accommodation... If after using such commercially reasonable efforts a Member cannot be relocated, RCI may reimburse the Member for any Transaction fees or Points used to make the Confirmed Exchange.
