The Network Administrator may also cancel any Confirmed Exchanges that are scheduled to occur after the date of the membership cancellation, without refunding any Exchange Fee or other payment made by the Member. All Deposits, or any portion thereof will remain the property of RCI, unless released by the Network Administrator in its sole discretion.
