If RCI is prevented, hindered or delayed in the performance of any obligation to a Member... due to an Event of Force Majeure, then RCI may cancel an Exchange Request or Confirmed Exchange and shall be excused from further performance... without obligation to refund any RCI Points used or fees paid by the affected Member for that Exchange Request or Confirmed Exchange.
