A Transaction fee will be charged to the Member for the automatic Points saving if the Member (i) has not used any Points in a given Use Year or (ii) made a Confirmed Exchange into Member's own Vacation Time (for which no Transaction fee was payable), or (iii) entered into an Ancillary Travel Products transaction (unless the Member entered into an additional Transaction for which a qualifying Transaction fee was paid).
