The minimum duration of Vacation Time at each Affiliated Resort is the duration established by the governing documents of the Affiliated Resort, although currently the Program will only accept Deposits in 7-night increments and will only permit exchanges in 7-night increments. RCI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept Deposits in greater than, equal to and/or less than 7-night increments and/or permit Confirmed Exchanges in greater than, equal to and/or less than 7-night increments.
