Family transfers: If you are a Legacy VIP by Wyndham Member and wish to transfer one of your Developer-Purchased Ownership Interests to an 'Immediate Relative,' the eligible Developer-Purchased Ownership Interests that were purchased prior to November 10, 2020, will be considered eligible toward the applicable VIP points level prior to November 10, 2020... The Immediate Relative... will need a minimum of 300,000 legacy-eligible points to receive legacy VIP status.
