The amount of the HOA Fee is determined by the Board of Directors of the underlying Home Owners’ Association. Expenses typically covered by the HOA Fee include on-site maintenance and resort services for Members such as maintenance of common areas, interiors and appliances as well as major refurbishment expenses, housekeeping, utilities, taxes (with the exception of some resorts for which a separate bill is sent for the annual property taxes) and on-site management.
