If a Member is delinquent in paying installments of the Club Wyndham Assessment

If a Member is delinquent in paying installments of the Club Wyndham Assessment for more than 90 days, the Plan Manager may cause the forfeiture of the delinquent Member's use rights for the entire current Use Year, even if the Member's account later becomes current. When a delinquent account is brought current, use rights will be reinstated for the following year. Future reservations are subject to cancellation. Members may also be removed from the Club Wyndham program if their Assessment payment becomes more than 90 days delinquent.
