Assessments more than 30 days past due may be subject to a $15 Club Wyndham late fee and interest charge as authorized by state law. Additionally, HOA late fees and interest may be charged as authorized by the HOA documents and as authorized by state laws. A Member may also be charged for any collection fees, including reasonable attorney fees, and a lien may be placed on the Member's ownership interest.
